Area Pro Realty NETWORK PRIVACY POLICY
Thank you for registering your Screen Name to obtain enhanced access to the network of Web sites and services offered by Area Pro Realty. The Area Pro Realty Network improves your online experience by offering you access to a variety of features, offerings and content. By registering your Screen Name, you gain access to the Area Pro Realty Network, which consists of Area Pro Realty Enhanced Websites and Services such as Auto eMail notification, and other content and offerings from the Area Pro Realty Network's affiliated providers (collectively the "Area Pro Realty Network" or "Network").
When you register with and use the Area Pro Realty Network, you provide the Area Pro Realty Network with personally identifiable information (your "Area Pro Realty Network information"). Your Area Pro Realty Network information may be collected and stored in the United States. Additionally, the Area Pro Realty Network will use the Screen Name Service, or similar technologies, to authenticate you on the Area Pro Realty Network and enable you to take advantage of Network offerings.
How your Information is Used:
Your Area Pro Realty Network information is used to operate and improve the Web sites, services and offerings available through the Area Pro Realty Network; to personalize the content and advertisements provided to you; to fulfill your requests for products, programs, and services; to communicate with you and respond to your inquiries; to conduct research about your use of the Area Pro Realty Network; and to help offer you other products, programs, or services that may be of interest. The Area Pro Realty Network has established safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of your Area Pro Realty Network information, but cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, as a result of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or the policies of the Network and its affiliated providers). Special Note for Parents:
The Area Pro Realty Network is intended for a general audience, and children under the age of eightteen are not permitted to register with the Area Pro Realty Network.
